Combat The Fat is comprised of 3, rather detailed, downloadable ebooks. Guide one is the secret military fitness program. Guide two is the workout workbook; and guide three is the nutrition manual.
This program uses a military approach to burning off body fat, and getting fit. The course teaches you how to wage war against unhealthy body fat, control weight management and win. This military twist makes it real fun to read.
This is a 12 week program put together in which you workout 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Therefore, this is ideal for an individual with limited time to workout.
The only real negative thing I can say regarding the Jeff Anderson’s Combat The Fat is the sales letter might drive women away because of the military commander approach. However, please understand, this program is for women also. If you are a women, don’t be frightened. You will greatly benefit!
Combat the Fat is simply the most information packed, accurate and here’s the biggie, USABLE, nutrition and fitness program I’ve ever had the pleasure to learn from.
